店頭では、現金でお支払い可能です。

Payment using cash is availiable at the car rental agency.

クレジットカードご利用の場合 Payments using credit card

お支払い方法がクレジットカードの場合は、クレジットカードの口座に払戻しいたします。
The refund will be made to your credit card registered bank account.

コンビニ決済ご利用の場合 Payments at convenience store

ご指定いただいた口座へ返金いたします。

ご返金までの流れ Refund process

1. キャンセルのご連絡
   Notification of cancellation by the customer
2. アクアレンタカーより返金についてのメールが届きます
   Aqua Car Rental will send you an email in regards to the refund.
3. 記載URLより、払い戻しお手続き
   Please access the URL link for the refund.
4. アクアレンタカーより、ご指定の口座へ返金されます
   Aqua Car Rental will reimburse the due payment to the designated bank account.

• ※払戻金額からシステム利用料（1回の処理につき330円）が差し引かれた金額が振込金額となります。
• ※Commission fee of 300 Japanese yen for each process will be deducted automatically for the system usage.

払い戻しされるタイミングによっては、以下の金額を申し受ける場合がございます。予めご了承下さい。
